In 2012, Brandywine Global left its dowdy headquarters in Wilmington, Del., for two floors in the state-of-the-art Cira Tower in the Keystone Opportunity Zone of West Philadelphia. Brandywine applies innovative thought leadership to its stable, trusted fiduciary relationships.
Because the firm’s project manager imagined a Japanese farmhouse interior, we carefully blended natural wood – including a stunning Nakashima conference table and coffee tables – with modern forms, stainless accents, and clean lines. Glass doors and walls allow abundant natural light to permeate the office, which enjoys great views of downtown Philadelphia.
