e2 Emeril’s Eatery

Emeril Lagasse chose us again in 2011 to design his 5,000-SF E2 restaurant in the Duke Energy Center in the Charlotte museum district. The menu features New Orleans-inspired American cuisine with a focus on local foods.

We designed a space to complement the chef’s infectious personality: lighting fixtures and translucent walls feature vibrant, mosaic-style stained glass, and contemporary artworks bear additional splashes of color. This is food prep as theater.
