Obermayer Rebmann, established in 1904, is a 66,000-SF law office with local roots and global reach. We provided tenant planning services to support Tactix Real Estate Advisors’ building search. Centre Square in Philadelphia, Pa., was selected. Working with CBRE and Intech Construction, we created a new home for the law firm.

The space graces two floors. A custom-designed stair interconnects the reception and lower floor. The aesthetic is conservative with a modern twist in detailing. Soft gray paint, wall covering, and carpet provide a backdrop to rich walnut wood paneling. Translucent glass creates a very peaceful atmosphere for the meeting rooms. The reception desk is a book match marble, presenting a strong image to guests and visitors.
