Urban condo

In 2013, the owners left their beloved 1700s patterned brick home with small, defined spaces on a lake in the woods of New Jersey. They fell in love with a chic urban condo with larger windows, higher ceilings, and grander options to move about.

We reinterpreted the couple’s lifestyle and included their love of historic pieces, giving them a fabulous place to entertain. The entrance features a wrought-iron gated archway, leading to a formal living room with rich wooden walls and custom bookcases, a garden room, a library, and a spacious deck.

Oriental rugs accent antique ottomans, and benches line the grand hallway leading to an exquisite piano.
