Zarwin Baum

When the law firm of Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Shaer Toddy needed more space in 2009, it found a vacated full-floor office in stellar condition. Management returned to us to eliminate all traces of the previous tenant and create a new look, minimizing construction and reusing as many materials as possible.

We created a black-and-white checkerboard tile floor that creates new energy in the elevator lobby. A rich chocolate brown wool carpet is in the reception area and main conference room. As Zarwin Baum integrates client entertaining in their new business development plans, the carpet allows for all types of uses and masks stains from food catering.
